Block 5 is a bow-tie block pattern by
Kansas Troubles Quilters. It involved a lot of little pieces but was easy and fun to put together. I also found the bowtie block pattern I used online on Moda's site
here. I have looked around and found the other BOM patterns online as well. Will post here with links for the entire collection
next.

I see that you found a Monday evening quilt group. I meet with a regular group of ladies about once a month, focusing mostly on machine embroidery. We all learn from each other as we figure things out. I know I would not get nearly as much sewing/quilting/embroidery done if it were not for the social input of both in life and online friends.
